Check out this extension for help on Google or Yahoos competitive market. Not too familiar with SEO? Well according to the SEO BOOK here is what this extension should do for you! "SEO for Firefox pulls in many useful marketing data points to make it easy get a more holistic view of the competitive landscape of a market right from the search results. In addition to pulling in useful marketing data this tool also provides links to the data sources so you can dig deeper into the data."

There seems to e a lot of positive feedback from people who have started using this tool, I have not installed it yet - But am not ruling it out for future use.
